A Middle finger to the System

All of these systems put in place to hold us down

Trying to make sure my people won’t be around

But ha ha ha the joke is on you

Give us your best shot and we will still make it through

My people survive five hundred years of your trickery

You need to be charged with murder in the first degree

So many systems put in place to hold me back

That’s why so many of my people is on crack

They are trying to buy it or either they are selling it

Yet they wonder why I am so damn rebellion

The stuff going on in the world is hell sent

A conspiracy cooked up by the government

Trying to distract us telling us to repent

How you going to survive when all your money spent

God will never forgive you for all the things you did to us

Your day will soon come and this you can trust

All the unhealthy food that keep making us sick

They trying to control with the jeti mind trick

Put a few blacks in place to be the gatekeeper

Then they come through destroying us with the heat seeker

They seek and destroy all that is African

I’m going to put you up on game so you know what’s happening

Cause few of us made some money we still haven’t overcome

We got to come together because there is work to be done

First we have to know we will never be treated equal

All the systems put in place are distractions

We must be proactive instead of just reacting

Yea they did us wrong but stop blaming the white man

We must all unite remember all black people are African

To stop the divide and concur we must have unity

Then we can start to build the community

One by one family by family

While they sit back and try to handle us you see

We want to do more than survive we want to be healthy

We want more then minimum wage we want to be wealthy

But we’ll never have nothing waiting on welfare

It’s a trick to the bottom and they want us to stay there

What about the schools that are not designed for our child

Where they are chained to a desk and trapped in a building

Forced-feed fact they want them to regurgitate

Then they wonder why are children are frustrated

Learning a curriculum that teaches these wicked ways

Meanwhile the kids in the classroom some ain’t ate in days

Then child protection comes along

And remove the child from the home

Then comes the down spiral

Where their future is dead upon arrival

So we must step in and raise our own youth

It takes a village to raise a child and that’s the truth

So let’s get together and take our lives back

We are strong black people and that’s a fact

There are thousands of systems design to keep us stuck

So to each and every one of them a middle finger goes up
