MENTAL HEALTH

"The World Doesn't See Danger In Mental Health. Until The Day You Sit Down With Your Thoughts Realizing How Dangerous Words Can Be To The Soul. Imagine Sitting In Your Thoughts Day And Night Trying To Please Yourself By Saying, "It'll Be Alright." But The More You Say It, The More You Question Yourself. It's A Constant Relapse That Builds Up. And The More You Fight It, The Harder It Gets. Thinking Positive Doesn't Get Rid Of It. It Just Puts It To Sleep. And When Those Thoughts Wake Up, They Will Torture Your Mental Health, Leaving You In Eternal Darkness With No Form Of Light. And Once That Happens, That's When The Devil Comes For You. Don't Live By What You Want To Hear, Tell Yourself The Things You Don't Want To Hear. Then Everyday You Wake Up, Fight For The Things You Want To See In Your Life. And Proof Yourself Wrong. Make The Impossible Possible, Don't Let Your Thoughts Win. You Have To Remember, You're Stronger Than Those Voices In Your Head. Don't Let Them Tell You, You Can't Win. They're Lieing To You. And Always Know That You're Not Alone, Because I Suffer With Mental Health Too. So If No One Understands You, I Want You To Know That I Do. And I Know You May Not Hear This A lot, But Just Know "I Love You."
