Me
I am Medusa. When my tongue snaps, it is a thorned whip on the backs of a million sinners. A snake's venom slithering deep in the bloodstream, paralyzing muscles and stopping hearts. I, sweet as Red Riding Hood's basket full of innocence, naive as Grandma with big ears, and eyes and teeth, am a big bad wolf foaming at the mouth, canines ready to taste blood and slice through soft flesh. In my storm, there is no eye. No amount of water can douse my wildfire blazing through the deepest forest. A raging ocean drowning any who tries to brave my waves. I am the beginning, the apocalypse, and the end and I, can never end.
