MARIJUANA

In my palm it is mere powder
Soft and silky
White like snow.

But in my veins
It is harsh and aggressive,
It burns like a wild fire,
Day and night
I get encroached
By it's haughtiness.

It's dominion tend to grow
As much as I let it flow
Through my tiny pores
I gradually became
A living corpse.

Her domain became
A steel in my heart,
Slowly I sanked low
to it's leading,
Little did I know
My heart was only bleeding.

I tend to locate comfort
In her leading abilities
Under her shelter
I was made to rest,
Being a guest at her
Insecured tent.

Just a taste of her
Made me a superhuman
Only in my thoughts
I could move mountains
Baffled by the anxieties
Of life...
I lean on her for support,
As I feel it move
Through my veins
I became locked up
In her chains.
