Loyalty

erect, tall, cold.

it stands as a brave reminder of our loss.

of the blood that dripped from precious hearts,

of the dreams crushed by greedy fists.

alone he stands in the the frozen mist, tall metal man

the cold morning dew drips slowly down the bronzen pants.

like tears from crippled mothers and heartbroken love.

the shoulders stretched toward the sky,

the eyes pointed to the horizon.

encased in an eternal tomb of silence.

death, severed the bonds between the loved.

Tiny eyes fixed upon the clouds

upon the dreams of the once fallen.

a tiny hand salutes the sky,

a lasting legacy.

let freedom reign.
