Love Unseen

Mon, 07/01/2019 - 14:00 -- A Finch

He always had enough to say

Then fate sent him to her.

Her eyes stole all his words away

Till in him, desire did stir.

Of this he could not iterate

So no thought of him did she commit.

But the tempest in him would not abate

Nor the flame of love submit.

With only one glance

Were a thousand words spoke

Yet this romance

Neither dared to stoke.

With words few and far between

They passed on by, their love unseen
