Love, softly spoken
Location
Softly kissing your wrist,as I glance into your inviting eyes,I lead you slowly down a grassy path, though only by finger tips, unbreakable is the bond that binds us.There before your eyes, laid upon a checkered blanket,is the picnic that I promised,of fruits and white wine,to celebrate the celestial, almost eternal love that we share.Softly seated in the tall grass, the warm evening sun, shines through your hair, accenting the beauty of your eyes. The wind blows softly, causing your hair to dance, your smile telling me of your happiness,as you softly lay your head on my chest.Leaning against a tree, with you still nestled against my chest,I gently feed you, strawberries and creme, something red and oh, so sweet.Thoughts dance under the stars, peeking out from the majestic, auburn sky, autumn fragrances add to the unpierced beauty, that envelops us both, romance surrounds our hearts, inhibitions flutter and then disappear. As I softly caress your back, fantasies are shared , examined, and fulfilled, oaths are not spoken, but felt, singing from your eyes to mine and back,as we realize that we make each other stronger, looking past all faults and weaknesses,we see the unity of love, the perpetual fortification of all that is pure. Now, even as we lay, entering upon quiet sleep, bound in the warmth of each others’ love,we know and understand, that this love, though softly spoken, shall guide us through harsh times, keeping us together as one.
