Love in the Darkness

Sat, 05/23/2015 - 18:52 -- Samvidi

Darkness festers like a rash you would scratch. More or less the darkness arises from your past. Poisoning us from within our hearts and minds till all that’s left, is a shell with no life inside. Our impurities and faults makes us who we are, showing the world the struggles we’ve been through and the strength of our scars. Till that fateful day when pain knocks on our door. Taking the most from our hearts, but the suffering steals more. Contemplating, reminiscing about your own personal war. Carrying the world, wondering why life is such a chore. The things we find ourselves doing are those that we abhor.  A trip or misstep and lose what makes you whole. As the darkness engulfs you from your minds point of view. It seems too late for the light to save you. Funny in the end your own vice saves you. You fight your whole life until life tests you. Fight till the end is what your heart tells you. Your mind chains you up to the lies you’ve been told.  Hiding the truth deep within your soul. Forgiveness is a gift given to those to be made whole. Still lying in the darkness love is never bought nor sold
