Loathed Destiny

Wed, 10/02/2013 - 23:04 -- a.lee1

Children that are formed

In the mind

Before the body

Are always the least happy

They have to live up

To the life planned for them

Instead of living from

Experience to experience

They loathe the fact that

Someone other than God

Dared to dream them up

They hate their destiny

In the minds of their masters

They love freedom

And rarely receive it

When control is lifted,

They fly free

And never return

To their strangled future

They live in the clouds of their dreams

Made to be forever wanderers,

At least they find joy

In a destiny much loved
