Little Birdy

Location

The bird flew high over/ Soaring with his great wings/ Not a care in the world/ Until one day.../ The sky turned grey and it started to rain/ The wind blew harder and harder!/ The bird struggled to fly/ BAM!/ The bird crashed into the ground/ when he got back up/ the little bird realized/ his fragile wing was sprained/ He looked in the sky, his flock passing by/ The bird cried out, but no help came/ He got up, wriggled his feathers and tried to fly again/ He got up again but lower this time/ His wings half spread, trying to pretend/ his hurt isn't there/ Then again, wind, rain and debris/ He falls again, harder this time/ He stood again, but this time he's broken/ All that wind, rain and debris/ Holding him back ; pushing further, knocking him down/ Now hes on the ground; destroyed and broken/ Never to fly again.
