Refrain, Abstain,
the words we are told.
A game, A game,
the loser behold.
His morals he left,
his values he tore.
'Till all goodness cleft,
and no conscience wore.
An oath he did promise,
to join her in life.
An oath he did promise,
to take her as wife.
But his morals gone,
and values asunder.
His oath was a con,
when consequence plundered.
Their life together,
was truly a lie.
In downcast weather,
of hurricane's eye.
His existence continue,
and her's soon to end.
Not prevented by venue,
of just staying friends.
