Life: Obstacle Is the New Way

Life is a cycle,

A spinning cycle

And like a carousel it never stops to spin

Always comes to the center.

A cycle is made of spikes yet amazingly it rotates around its hollow center

A pot is made out of clay built it keeps things inside its space

A house is made of bricks or wood but you live inside between the walls

See the ants of the earth, learn from them

They have no leader, no commander, no ruler, yet they do not gnash their teeth

They know to gather food at harvest and store its provisions in the summer

See the stages the adult butterfly goes through

Learn from it

It undergoes four stages from egg to larva to pupa to adult

Any stage missed cannot be regained

So therefore it learns the lessons of each stage and applies it to next stage

Until adult hood

We can learn from it, adopt its philosophy

Convert adversities to life lessons.

I hear the voice of a sage from the wilderness

As he reflects aloud about life

He compares life to metamorphosis

The transformation process of insects from immature to adult

For him the metamorphosis has to be complete

He derives motivation form adversities

He converts them to life lessons

On his journey to adulthood

Life spins always to the center and the metamorphosis deemed incomplete

Spins to a different stage of life

Over and over

You,

Keep your feet on the ground

Remember what is important in life

Never be dejected

Draw motivation from adversities

And stop the comparison

For if you do not compare yourself to others nobody can compare to you
do the right thing.

The right thing in life is like flowing water in a stream

As it flows without much thought and thinking.

All comes back to the cycle that never stops spinning: Life.
