Let Me Tell You Something

The Lord is my Shepherd,

He’s also my friend. 

He wants me to share something with you,

so please, read until the end. 

 

Jesus is a Healer, also a Deliverer. 

He keeps you close to His heart,

Never to leave you lonely. 

He’s consistent and faithful, even when the world tries to drive you and Him apart. 

 

He’s helped me a many,

I know His love runs true. 

The Lord is the truth, the way, and the life,

and He’s calling out to you. 

 

Have you heard His voice? 

Possibly a whisper in the wind. 

A reminder or a sign,

that you know must come from within. 

 

Now, the Lord lives in the hearts of believers,

It is His home and it His temple. 

His invitation to enter is what draws Him near,

He’s Almighty, yet gentle. 

 

I hope I haven’t lost you yet,

because I have some good news to share. 

Jesus can make His home in you, as well,

if you only have some time to spare. 

 

Jesus Christ came and died for us,

not only me, but for you!

Our sins make us unclean, 

but He washes it all away, like new. 

 

Accept the Lord into your heart, today and forever,

He is the Messiah, the Beginning and the End. 

I accepted Jesus as my Savior,
