Let Me Feel Safe

Sat, 09/29/2018 - 21:52 -- mang

Stay still they say,
Do not blink they say,
Can a human see without blinking?
Can a human survive without moving ?

We are runing out of time they say

Let someone watch over me,

Let the moon watch over me and let the star be my guidance
Let the sun be my warm blanket and let it embrace me
Let the wind be my wings and let the trees be my ladder
Let the rock be my shield from the storm
Let the time be my reminder
Let the Daylight be my eyes and let the Dark be my judge
Let the the waves of the Ocean be my sword

And let the clound be my bed and let me flow freely like the winds,
Like the flowers, let me be the seeds of goodness in life
And let me be the fruits of many tales

This poem is about:
Me
My family
My community
My country
Our world
