Knot Complete
Locations
Future in the forward direction,
All of the pieces falling into place.
Yet empty at the end of the day,
With a stare from the memorable face.
Countenance etched inside the eye-lids;
It is engraved within the orange stone.
Sharp edges scrape clarity off eyes,
Leaving the blind bleeding tears all alone.
I am not complete.
I am not complete.
I am not complete.
I am not complete.
Aching inside as I fall asleep,
Missing a half, though I have not met her.
Breaking my heart as I awaken,
I am the lesser, she is the better.
I want arms wrapped around my torso,
Should stress compel me to walk in my sleep.
I would be kept from a crimson fate,
My face would not be flushed and would not weep.
I cannot sleep.
I cannot sleep.
I cannot sleep.
I cannot sleep.
More sharp edges on the edge of sleep,
Opening my eyes continuously.
Is a demon or a ghost present?
My soul petrified, I look cautiously.
Nightmarish sensations perturb me,
Feels like an insect crawling on my neck.
In bed the blankets barely cover,
Conversely, knots tighten over stomach.
Knot complete.
Knot complete.
Knot complete.
Knot complete.
