The king of the wastes

I will wander the desert
I will ponder deep midnight
I will dare the gods with my effort
I will declare my oath in moonlight

I leave their stagnant city
I reave their false, cowards hearts
I shake their small, resentful pity
I break their decadence into parts

I have made merry the wastes
I have preyed on hollow thrones
I have rethought values to my tastes
I have brought a crown for wind and stones

For I wandered the dessert
For I pondered deep midnight
For I dared the gods with my effort
For I declared my oath in moonlight
