Keys of Change

In the beginning of Twenty-sixteen

it was so hard to find my own Way then

before the coming of all too soon eighteen

with new adult duties, but then again

it offered me new Hope in meeting You.

In dullness of mind and Spirit was I

when You stroked my Soul of indifference

and beckoned for a similar reply,

from which I found in You deliverance

when touched by your classy ivory hue.

Of ups and downs and lows and highs, You taught

the rhythm of my heart to beat in time

with the steady pulse of your wooden lot,

and resounding a truth of Love in chime,

gave me new Harmony in life so true.
