Just a Boy

Baby you looked like heaven, and felt like hell.

I was just another girl who fell under your spell.

Your eyes a clear watery blue

anyone who saw them would fall in love too.

It’s too bad that you’re such a fucking prick,

you ignorant little dick.

Baby, you gave me panic attacks

and I called it captivation.

Damn, I wish I was gay

why couldn’t I be created that way?

But then my favorite song,

your laughter,

your voice, fill my ears.

I turn around to see your smile,

and allow my panic attack

to settle in for a while.

My biggest mistake wasn’t falling for you,

it was my stupidity thinking that you fell for me too.

But my heart does a little spin,

and this feeling inside won’t dim.
