Just another summertime fling

I have been alone for two years.

I am a female seeking my soul man.

I began a search, and I searched and I searched.

You see I refuse to settle.

I need a man who will challenge me.

A man that will attract me.

A man with a nice body.

A man with intelligence.

A man who treats like the woman of his dreams.

A man who makes me feel like a queen.

One day I found a man.

He was perfect to me.

First date was perfect under the moonlight.

He had a great smile, with a personality that fit me.

Day by day I grew to know him.

He wants a family as well as I.

He liked to do things that I have never imagined doing.

More dates came, and then it all ended.

What happened to this man?

This man I found.

You see he found me actually.

He approached me.

Seeking my attention.

Seeking my company.

Seeking for my lips, that day he kissed me.

This man, lost me.

Or in the end did I lose him?

No reason, no explanation. Just ended.

Everything was perfect.

What went wrong?

So again, I am back to searching.

Searching for my soul man.
