Junior Year

It's gonna be so much work, people change, things happen

It was something alright. Something horrible, beautiful, but great all at the same time

I’m not a kid anymore. I have a job, I have classes to pay for, practices to go to, bills to pay.

Not enough time, luck's not on your side.

Late nights make me feel like 24 hours isn't enough.

Is this college?

My friends are graduating, time's almost up

Am I ready? I don’t know yet.

Wanna hang out? Can’t I have work,

Wish I could. Another night in doing homework

Doubts, can’t do sports, work, and school.

Preparing me for college, that’s all it is.

The final week, wonder when it’ll be my final week here

They've already left, and it’ll be my turn soon

Am I ready? After this year...

I’m ready for anything in my Senior year
