What if a cut never bled?
What if everyone in the world was fed?
And had a place to call home
And a soft warm bed?

What if the homeless had no needs
What if gardens had no weeds
What if there was only the existence
of nice good deeds?

Would life be different?
Would life be the same?
Would we have a government
or country to blame?

Even though it's only a thought
perhaps should be not
Be a just a dream
as it would seem
we could change the world ourselves.
