Innocence Taken
Do you remember your “first time”? You know, when had sex for the first time.
I bet you had it set up in your mind, everything from the place down to the grind
You even know the name of the perfect gal or guy; you imagine that they’ll be around for life
But you in the back of some dude’s car, kissing all hard while he’s undoing your bra
You don’t mind using protection, but you don’t want it raw
It’s not what you thought; it’s not what you want
Keep saying “stop I don’t want this anymore”; his hand covers your jaw as you scratch and claw
He says “I thought you loved me, why did you lie”, he punches you in the eye as he forces open your thighs
You begin to cry as slips inside
Kick-out the car, you walking home; nine months later, baby born; only fourteen not fully grown
CPS took your baby, you all alone; drugs did you in, dead and gone
Kid growing up, real parents never known
Honestly, that’s something they realized, but in the back of their mind it’s wondered how they will do their first time
