I'm sorry

I guess it hurts, knowing that he's falling out of love with you. It hurts because at one stage, the sound of your name would lighten up his face and he'd be beaming when stating "she's mine". I know it's my fault that you're not like that anymore. I know that I have done so much wrong to you that you don't want to do that anymore. There's no need, anyway. We've been together for so long and burning the candle from both ends have left us in a pile of drying molten that will soon solidify and become just a memory of that beautiful flaming candle which was once our relationship.
