I’m a girl with ADHD

trying to type something meaningful.

Rarely,

no direct meaning ever happens.

At least,

not to the outside world.

But to me

This is meaningful!

I can write.

Be free!

Like a wild stallion running on the prairie floor,

the words just come out.

They may not mean anything to you,

But to me

it’s therapy.
