Idle Thoughts (01/19/2012)

The deep blue

dark but light

sun's reflection bright

flashes of color all around

the corals are close and tight

sea anemones are honor bound

to protect fishes that are never found

and the ocean changes hue

fishes in school stay with the group is the rule

its side to side not up and down

whispers the silly clown

while the sleeping baby fish drool

down in the deep blue

Where is this magical place?

How can this be?

This is the ocean

this is the sea

the whale's siren loud

a diver tells his story

and the ocean changes hue
