Pen or pencil in hand; held so tight;

I write because it's better than a fight.

Writing what I feel; writing about what I see;

I write because of a he. 

My dad is the one, the one who introduced me to it all;

I write because it's better than going to the mall.

Poetry is one of my passions;

I write because it's much more fun than obsessing over fashion.

It's a kind of art to me;

I write because it makes me feel free.

When I write I feel I'm donig my part;

I write because it can heal a broken heart.

It makes me feel better too;

I write because it's what I love to do.
