A Poem?

I'm not sure how to write one of those.

I don't know if it's just me,

But the punctuation and the spacing

Seem to be completely random.

I'm speaking in broken paragraphs

That also needs to have a meaning?
I  do not understand.

And rhyming?

Or not rhyming.

What constitutes as a Poem?

I guess the words on the page.
