I am the moon to the people in my life, 

they are the sun

they are the lost souls who look up to me for guidance 

they are souls twine with one another under my dull light as they fall in love 

they are the stars that shiner brighter than I 

but i guide their way through the darkness though i’m forgotten till i’m not there
