T- Technology.  It is important to modernize the classroom.

E- Everyone is different.  Promote diversity and exceptionalities in the classroom.

A- Accept all opinions.  Respect each students'opinion so they feel validated.

C- Creativity.  Teaching original and creative lessons will make the students interested and excited to learn.  

H- Have a positive attitude.  Your attidtude influences the attitudes of the students.  A positive attitude promotes a positive learning environment.

E- Encourage your students.  When students perform poorly, encourage them to do better and work harder.

R- Relationships.  It is important to get to know your students and create bonds and relationships with them.  Learn their interests and personalities. 

S- Step up and stop the bullying.  When you see it happening, stop it right then and there.
