How Silks Save Me

My passion

This small town does not know

The wonderful feeling of this art

The surreal feeling when silk slides across my skin

When it tightens around my limbs as I fall

My passion

I can watch the floor of this earth approach my body

Before I am crushed or injured

I am saved

This silk that I wrap my body in,

it saves me

My passion

I can have the weight of this earth pressing on my shoulders

As I climb higher and higher I am above everything troublesome

When this world is crushing me and breaking my bones

Aerial saves me

The silks save me
