Hospital

The nurses chatter filled the silent air Though not a single word reached thier ears Thier minds gone blacnk from lack of sleep, they dare To think of what may be, thier own worst fears  The drum of feet echoes inside the halls Heavy from the news that they had to bear Recieved by anxious gasps and fearful bawls Or merely shocked quiet as thier hearts tear  Feelings of hope and despair fill thier mind and wishes to have thier old life again Ignorance is the plauge of human-kind Who here has any idea of pain?  There is always someone who has it worse Though it seems you suffer the cruelest curse
