HISTORY CLASS AGAIN....

Running and fumbling through time,

This is an exact waste of mine,

Egypt’s unexplored territories only matter to you,

King tut was cool,

I have a shirt with him on it,

But that’s the depth of my cares,

Endless power points make me want to remove my hair,

I simply wonder what it is to you

To take on a subject,

A historical journey is what you choose to peruse,

Why?

Egypt’s cool with tombs and pharaohs,

China too,

Swords knights kings and soldiers,

This class,

These 90 minutes make me older,

Rambling and yelling about terrible test scores,

Which are due to the load of information were forced to take,

You expect me to remember?

Study notes,

That are as thick as the encyclopedia,

With no specific section,

No thank you,

I want to know what your history class was like,

What did your teacher do?

Were you placed in a book and let to roam free,

Attentive intrigued in love with history,

Or were you at one time,

A like mind,

Wondering the purpose of these a.c.’s and b.c.’s,

Effect on post secondary plans,

The lifetime purpose,

Well look dude this is required,

My attention and interest have long been expired….
