I said hello,

But you wouldn't know.

Thought that I was annoying,

Compared me to a crow.

I waited for you,

In the cold, cold snow,

Hoping that one day,

You would show.

Hold me in your arms,

And just let go.

As we walk in a museum,

Looking at Van Gogh.

But then one day,

You would come to the plateau,

Where you couldn't love me anymore,

Because your love couldn't grow.

And I would be there,

To undergo,

All of the pain, regret, and sorrow,

That I had come to know.

So I decided to just lie low,

Hiding the hatred I had below.

I just wanted you to know,

How much I wanted you to say hello.
