Hazel angels

Love can't bring them back
But it can guide them in the ethereal realms
Holding them like lovers
In cocoons of benevolence
Love is not quantifiable
Like kisses counted in secret
Or hugs given to cuddly kittens
Lapping up salty sweat secretions
Love is just another four letter word
That's why they say it hurts
You scream in defiance
In a loving alliance
To usher in a new chapter as we are immersed
One drop of love
Can Powerade army of angels
Growing their wings
And to colorful creations of Hazel's
Spawning blond hairs and halos
Shining is super-powered Stars
That we all know they are
As a cacophony of crescendos
