The Grief Closet

Once upon a time

Cinderella committed a crime.

She worked so hard, and finally found her prince.

Cinderella thought it was love ,but hasn't heard from him since.

He was so charming

So this was alarming.

The twins tried to warn her, he was no good man.

She didn't have the look, she didn't have a plan.

Cinderella wanted him to look for her but where?

Did they ever really meet?

Did he ever really care?

He found her and they got married

It was happily ever after

Except she never met the prince

She never had step sisters

Or anything thereafter.

Speaking of a fairy godmother who did magic wasn't so bright.

Cinderella was in jail for witchcraft and would never see the daylight.

I bet you didn't know Cinderella was insane!

She was just a homeless girl going through a lot of pain.

Her poor father had passed and this fairytale was all in her head.

Once upon a time

Cinderella was misread.
