A great talk

Mon, 04/30/2018 - 13:04 -- tms

There are four points,
The man proclaimed aloud,
To make me attentive,
To hear what were those.
We need to change,
The man emphasized,
But what a change,
Changing or a change?
I came near the man,
And heard those points,
Points of a meaning,
Not just propaganda,
I was moved by the four.
We need to be true,
True of ourselves,
That the first point,
Emphasized by the man.
Let we not fear criticism,
They have to criticize us,
Criticism is a tool,
To make us pause,
Pause with meditation,
That was the second point.
We need to evaluate,
Evaluating ourselves,
To see what valid or invalid,
Regarding our deeds,
This we should not escape,
Something meaningful,
As thoughts build,
That was the third point.
Accepting correction,
Makes our paths clean,
Freeing us from troubles,
Which suppress our progress,
We are flexible so not breakable,
That was the fourth point,
That the man spoke.
From Bible to Quran,
Those four points count,
If we are of faith,
Let we observe those.
Our knowledge,
Our protection,
The four points stand.
