Glint

A story a tale
Of a time far away
When the Great God of Heaven
Turned night into day
He was born as a Child
In the likeness of man
When we needed a Saviour
To our rescure He ran
Perfect and blameless
He lived till His Death
When they captured and slew Him
And He gave up His Breath
On the third Day He rose
And He met with His friends
Then acended to Heaven
So the Story begins
Beyond this He asked us
To share life and hope
To tell of this story
Wherever we go
The tale is not finished
It's still far from o're
Your part's being written
In present day lore
Admit you're a troubled
And wandering soul
Ask for forgiveness
And and live t'ward the Goal
At that moment He'll wash you
And blot out all your wrong
He'll clothe you in Perfection
And surround you with a Song
