GIVE ROOM

Some are only budding with bloom

Would you out class us in our stage of groom?

Did you start walking without creeping?

I write not well now, fine, should l start weeping?

Wouldn't you give room for us to rise?

Climb up the rungs to the skies?

Would you be a happy mentor?

For us to use all figures including metaphor

I am simply a Civil Engineer

With a bit of poetic steer

So would you pardon my flaws?

And nurse my poetic sores?

I will be better by you

If you give me a clue
