Friction
Ecclesiastes 5:6
6 Do not let your mouth cause your flesh to sin, nor say before the messenger of God that it was an error. Why should God be angry at your excuse and destroy the work of your hands?
Friction.
Does friction have a beginning
or is it a result of parts unknown?
Maybe a balance for the winning
and an excuse for what is gone.
It is everywhere in discomfort.
It befalls the rich and poor.
It pops up without effort
and fills space from top to floor.
It never needs a helping hand.
It never needs support.
It travels all across the land
always in search for more.
Once invited into the heart
it will shut the door.
It will stay never to part
until your life is no more.
