Freedom of responsibility

2 Peter 2:19

19 Although these false teachers promise such people freedom,

they themselves are enslaved to immorality.

For whatever a person succumbs to, to that he is enslaved.

Freedom of Responsibility

You want to be free to do what you see

You want no restrictions to bind you

You know to be free for and ought to be

It is just yourself that guides you

Desires and wishes … self-centered kisses

with self in the center of your will.

You’re so energetic … almost magnetic

as you draw everything to your kill.

There is no changing … in value arranging

every item into your conception.

Interpreted by self … then stacked on a shelf

as the end justifies your deception.

The choices you make … as in habit you take

all things you think you deserve.

Makes you wonder why others don’t try

to accept your freedom and nerve.
