Deep within the big white earth,
Now drenched in blood of sinful birth
How can one be free?
Doomed into agony.

Pushed shoved and denied
The right for every mind
Starving for a say
Tired of letting the tears fall where they may

Mistreated in the courts
The laws we make live short
Breaking away from these chains
We will not remain

Now, what shall await a victim of morality?
Yet a criminal in reality.
Maybe not of flesh and bone, but to one known, alone.
King George will see
A true equality through democracy
Taking charge of our life
We will fight

Across the water we will go
To a land we do not know
And in this new land
We will stand
Away from King George ,Perplexity is near
But the time to leave is here

We may grow weary in the fight
But we will not die in the night
Deaths will grow with every scream
Sacrifices must be made for every dream
We will make the world understand
By our Declaration of Independence

From a life that was no supposed to be born
A life looked with scorn
Comes a life that is mine
And rights for all time
For by a constitution I stand
To become American

I created this poem because I felt this was the most important movement in the history of America. The poem mashes together three of my former poems. Then to get the title I took a word from each poem. I really enjoyed this poem and I hope that the reader has fun reading this because I had fun writing it. I wanted to shed some light on how pivillaged we are to be Americans.
