I bet you never knew how much pain you caused

I bet you didn't realize you helped build these walls

But now I'm trying to knock them down

Thank God you're not around

And to you I don't know what to say

I'll fogive you, hopefully, someday

But for now I'll just pray

And ask God to take the pain away

My heart has been softened

My eyes have been watered

And with the topic of you I just can't bother

How can I be expected to forgive

Someone who kept me dead when I wanted to live?

But I'm praying for strength

To be wise and use my faith

With the fact that God hears me

And he knows my heart

I don't know how to forgive

But this is a good way to start.

You're forgiven.
