Forever Broken

This feeling we share is endless

Our memories are forever

Though I may have moved on from you

I still dream we'll be together

Looking back I wish I knew

Our days were set with a limit

I expected too much of you

So much that you could not give it

Countless times I've reminisced

About how I'd off your head

And reach inside for your treasures

So I could sneak it off to bed

I am now strong enough to say

I abused you 'til you shattered

Oh, cookie jar oh, cookie jar

Back then you were all that mattered

I have come to say I'm sorry

And you can never be replaced

Your sweet, mouthwatering riches

I wish, once again, I could taste
