A Forbidden Bond (Inspired by the Greek Myth of Patroclus/Achilles)

Oh, how Patroclus wished for a chance...

To be heard and to be glanced.

By no one else but Achilles, the strongest man on the field.

Although they weren't so far apart,

For they took the same history class,

Both of them would never be close...

When he was into science, and the other into sports.

Even so there was a day like no other,

When Achilles approached him with a grin that was smother,

That made Patroclus so nervous,

That he couldn't find a moment to find his voice.

Though it all went well,

He helped the other with his grades.

In exchange on becoming his friend...

In which Achilles didn't feel to pretend.
