Fly Away

Somehow it all must change,

We can't just look through windowpanes.

The sky is perfectly in reach

Since they invented aeroplanes.

Fly away-

Don't just view life through the branches.

Chase stars-

Refuse to stay under the streetlights.

A heart does not pump only blood,

But dreams and memories of love.

That fill up hollow empty souls-

Believe you're more than just a ghost.

Sail away-

The shore is not where you'll be safe.

Run far-

Don't be content with where you are.
