The flower so small
Location
let me tell you a story about a flower
once apoun a time a flower very small grew inbetween the cracks
As the sun came out and shined upon the flower it started to absrorb the light the sun gave off from the sun shine rays, it grew tired of the hot heat beating down on its pedals on the long summer days , it needed to replenish its thirst so the pretty little flower prayed fora little bit of rain to give drink to its roots.
As the summer days went on the flower noticed the other flowers that stood tall wavying back and fourth from the wind that gave breathe of fresh air cooling down the pedals of the flower that grew tall, as the pretty little flower held on . Wishing to grow strong it conitinued to pray for a little bit of rain.
As the sun came up and went down the moon came out and saw the little flower and noticed that she prayed every night the moon would watch as the little flower withered from the heat of the sun the moon felt sad that there was no rain she began to pray for a little bit of rain.
As the sun came up and the tall flower stood tall laughing and swaying in the hot wind the small little flower held on to her prayers hoping to norish her roots.
As the sun went down and the Moon came out the moon continued to pray to see her friend the cloud .
As the nighwent on the little flower grew weak looking up in the sky praying some droplets of rain that might splash on her leaves . As the sun came up and rose above the flowers the tall flowers in the garden didnt notice the small little flower on the wayside.
As the sun went down and the moon came out . she noticed a flower the stood alone above all
the cloud came out and the flower that stood tall above all the rest looked to the cloud and said thank you for keeping me waiting so long my roots held all those day longs growing stronger a the heat beat down even though i was small my pedal learned to take the heat of the rays as i held on i prayed for the days that i would grow strong unknowingly that as i waited my strength was in myself all along
I dedicated this to my sister Amanda and her healing
