Fire's Heat

The heat is all around

There is nothing can be done.

It starts high in branches and slowly drips down.

The brown, red, and green needles like

Dry leaves in fire.

The warmpth is not too much, it feels kind of nice.

When it reaches the roots,

Not much is left and the heat is intense.

Just a pile of ashes,

Of what once sheltered tents.
