What is a poem? Really?

A page--blank without words

Words--bold, yet impossible without letters

Letters--lines, scratches, dots

So small, so miniscule,

So meaningless...

Alone.

Perhaps there is better question: Why?

Why..

send a poem?

read a poem?

write a poem?

love a poem?

Ah, and there it is.

The Answer.

The Feeling

of love, compassion,

all human emotions.

So large, so massive

So thought provoking.

We just need to put the parts together.
