Fear Of Me

‘Strange, very strange,

You show no fear of me,’

He said, trapped in a cage,

‘You do not cower or kneel before me.

Where did I go wrong when I am

The most bloodthirsty creature alive;

Who are you who is so unafraid of me?’

After a brief lull, a voice broke out aloud -

‘I am you

Excepting me, everyone fears you;

I feed your pride.’

Witty.....I like it, brother!

Try to eat your pride with potatoes.... I ate it and I liked  it!
