Familiar Stranger

I look at you with longing eyes and I recieve a warped image of a stranger who was once full of love. Was I wrong to wear my heart on my chest for the world to see. Was I wrong to love you with all that I had inside of me. I look at my familiar stranger and we share laughs, but all I want is my lover back.
